Bagi Peserta yang lolos Ujian Tahap 1 diharap untuk segera mengirimkan berkas Hard Copy sebanyak 2 Rangkap, 1 Set Berkas Asli (ASLI BUKAN BERKAS PENTING SEPERTI IJAZAH) dan 1 Set Berkas Fotocopy ke PPMB Universitas Airlangga, Gedung Airlangga Convention Center Kampus C Surabaya paling lambat 7 hari setelah pengumuman kelulusan tahap pertama (cap pos).
